Munsoft is pleased to announce that our engagements with the National Treasury regarding mSCOA Circular No 10 and the correct use of the Fund Segment were fruitful.
 
Appropriate guidelines on the use of the Fund segment are available in mSCOA Circular No 11, which we attached for your convenience. Munsoft agrees with the guidance provided in Circular No 11 and promotes the fact that municipalities should implement balance sheet budgeting and ensure that the completed budgets carry the full life cycle of any transaction.
