Munsoft Matters: Auditor General (AG) Automated & Standardised Reports

Dear Client,

Munsoft has developed in conjunction with the Auditor General a set of automated and standardised reports that can be shared by your municipality to aid and expedite the audit.

The Auditor-General will be in contact with your Municipality to obtain an approval letter so that Munsoft can share the audit data with them.

The automated reports will be delivered to a secure FTPS server where the Auditor General will access the information.
The following information will be included in the reports:

Consumer Debtors
Valuation Roll
Meter Master
Meter History
Tariff Codes
Debtor Transactions
Creditors Master
Creditors Transactions
GL Detail
GL TB
