MUNSOFT SOFTWARE RELEASE POLICY

Munsoft is intrinsically committed to producing a high quality Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS). In order to maintain our high-quality software product Munsoft will start releasing versions of the IFMS in
accordance with a predetermined monthly release cycle. This defined schedule enables Munsoft to implement proper software development quality assurance and appropriate release management.

RELEASE CALENDAR

The following table illustrates the planned release dates. Note that these dates will be finalised and
communicated with all Munsoft clients as the release is finalised.

Note that the above dates are release estimates and may be subject to change. Releases will be formally communicated prior to deployment.

EMERGENCY RELEASES

Munsoft reserves the right to address critical issues within the Munsoft Financial Management software and to release these patches outside of the above planned release calendar. These emergency changes will be communicated accordingly.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND RELEASE NOTES

Munsoft will provide a change management document with release notes for both scheduled and emergency
releases.

REQUESTING CHANGES

Munsoft clients are welcome to request changes to the Munsoft IFMS. All client requested changes will be  evaluated and prioritised, after which they will be allocated to one of the above planned releases where deemed
appropriate. All feature requests should be logged with our support desk and you can send a mail to [email protected].
