Munsoft is currently in process of uploading the 6.6 mSCOA Chart on the financial management system and will soon be ready to be used for the preparation of the 2022/23 Municipal Budgets.
Please pay careful attention to the focus areas for the preparation of the 2022/23 Budgets stipulated in MFMA Budget Circular No. 112

The mSCOA classification framework version 6.6 that must be used for the preparation of the 2022/23 MTREF budgets and reporting has also been released and can be located at the following link:

The budget, adjustments budget and Section 71 monthly reporting Schedules that have been regulated in terms of the MBRR have also been aligned to the mSCOA chart version 6.6.  The revised MBRR Schedules for the 2022/23 MTREF and its linkages to the financial and non-financial data string are available on the link below:
