Munsoft Matters: Preparation of the A-schedules

Dear Client,

With reference to previous communication sent we would like to emphasise again the importance of setting up your Municipality Organogram on the Munsoft system.

In preparation of the Schedule Release, released towards the end of May, it is vital that the Municipality Organogram is set up.

Votes and Sub-votes should be correctly aligned and corresponding with the setup of any previously used reporting tools for A-schedules.

For detailed steps on how to do this setup, please refer to pages 20 – 21 of the attached manual.

Please complete A1 S Upload data on the system for relevant schedules to be populated.

Further communication regarding an Introduction session on the Munsoft A-Schedules will follow in due course.
