Munsoft is constantly reviewing the LG Database to ensure the reporting data strings uploaded comply with all the necessary stage 1 and stage 2 validation rules. The upload success rate and upload before or on due date of the reporting data strings increased dramatically over the past few years and we would like to congratulate all the municipalities who are complying with all reporting regulations.
Accurate and timeous reporting of financial and non-financial data strings to Treasury remains an important regulation to adhere to and also has a positive affect when it comes to Equitable share payments and compliance reviews done by National and Provincial Treasury.
It is was noted that there are quite a number of municipalities still to submit the 2020 Audited Actuals(AUDA) and the Monthly Actuals for May 2021(M11), please be reminded to upload these financial data strings as soon as possible to avoid any non-compliance with reporting regulations.
