Vacancy - Quality Assurance Analyst - May 2023

Prerequisites:

• Knowledge and understanding of the Munsoft system.
• Have experience working extensively with the Munsoft system, front end.
• General accounting knowledge.
• Understand the Local Government landscape and the financial systems and solutions implemented in that market sector.
• Experience in SQL queries a plus.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent planning and time-management skills.

Responsibilities & attributes:

• Have a good understanding of testing processes.
• Creating documentation – testing thought process, testing procedures, test results, test cases.
• Preparing software tests – test plans, test scenarios, test cases.
• Logical reasoning – analyse processes and results based on information available whilst also thinking logically and innovatively
• Eagerness to learn.
• Working together as a team.
• Working under pressure.
